RUSSIAN ADVANCES
Well, I only have to go away for a few days and Russia seems to extend its stranglehold on the West and Israel. Russia has sent Spetznaz special forces into Libya under the cover of its private military company, the Wagner Group. The-hi tech weapons sent in include Kalibr anti-ship missiles and state of the art S300 air defence missiles. It seems Vladimir Putin is steadily surrounding Israel with forces, equipment and munition supplies, as well as building bases. My sources, (The Watchman Report) say that, in their opinion. this only makes sense in the context of Russia’s prophesied invasion of Israel, as outlined in the Bible, in Ezekiel 38-39.
Oh dear, more hours of study loom over the horizon for this monkey, as I study these apparently serious developments. It is good to be back in the zoo, the keepers have given it a good spring clean during our absence at the convention and my computer is working very well.

Whilst I also think Russia will be a key player in the eventual Israel showdown, there are current factors to keep Russia involved in nearby Syria. One is that Russia has a naval base there, so she can maintain a key strategic presence in the Mediterranean. Another is to protect her Syrian oil interests, and another is to restrain the ISIS mob in Syria from having too great an influence on nearby Russian Federation Muslim populations. It gets complicated, eh!!?
