CONFUSED HUMANS TURN TO A CHIMP FOR ADVICE

So many seem oblivious to this concept.

My readers may not know that I receive more correspondence than appears on my Blog. This is because my tech guru has linked me to various social media sites. Social media users do not seem to be interested in learning the truth but in attacking those who do not hold the same beliefs as they do. They do not want to actually learn.

I have observed two reasons why:

  • People,especially those who have Ph.D.s, have paid – or have had paid for them – considerable sums of money to be “educated”. Understandably, they are loathe to admit that they may have been taught erroneously.
  • When one has qualified for a degree, one receives academic recognition. It is a rare individual who is not affected by pride in such circumstance.Those who seek Truth – even apparently evolving chimpanzees – are so often scoffed, mocked and attacked personally, just as The One Who Is The Truth was.

Nevertheless, the scorn is worth it. Truth is priceless. It sets one free from the chains of false belief and pride: ‘Ye shall know THE TRUTH and THE TRUTH shall make You Free’ (John 8:32)

  1. As a fellow recipient of “scorn” when communicating God’s truth to unbelievers, it is all worth it. Even Jesus, at the height of His persecution and troubles…on the Cross….endured the Cross and the shame…because of the joy set before Him.
    That joy is ours too, when we do His good and perfect will.
