Why Evolution Can’t Explain Morality

Because of some electronic malfunction I could not easily copy this challenging conversation and its supporting preamble as it originally appeared on the www.creation.com website. So I am unable to show you Keaton Halleys picture above, so I thought you would enjoy this wonderful picture of me swinging from a tree, holding a banana in my foot and reading “Evolution Explained”. Many thanks to my friend Stephen, and his gifted wife Lucy, who patiently drew and coloured this scene. Here is a shortened version of the original preamble from www.creation.com Click the link above this to watch a fascinating discussion.

Why Evolution Can’t Explain Morality
There are many different ways to logically show that God must exist. One approach is called the ‘moral argument’. It shows that objective morals (i.e. moral standards that are not derived from human beings, but stand above them) clearly exist, and that God is the only reasonable explanation for them.
