SKY’S THE LIMIT!
The Zoo was buzzing with the news that Rowan Dean and Ross Cameron’s ‘Outsiders’, ( the two are pictured above), their hit weekday programme has been re-scheduled to 11 p.m. Monday to Thursday. This is way past this old monkey’s bedtime. Sky’s decision makes me wonder if there is not some other agenda at work. I remember the old Paul Hogan show which thrived on robust and risque humour, now you lot seem to have become so precious that a whiff of non-P.C. content raises a storm of indignation from the latte-sipping Lefties. I fail to interpret this as “progress” or “evolution” – in fact it is a retrograde decision. We note that Adam Giles is back on Sundays at 6.00 p.m. Sky is a merry-go-round. If we wait long enough, perhaps even Mark Latham may return.
Who knows? We may see Rowan and Ross appearing at the zoo. They’ll certainly get a hero’s welcome down here – and a nip or two of banana wine, I daresay!
Gibber! Gibber!
Chugley, The Disappointed Chimpanzee
P.S. I see that the top job at Sky is up for grabs, but relax, I’m staying put in the zoo. Perhaps a more controversially courageous person will be appointed!

I’ve been enjoying Rowan and Ross since their “Outsiders” programme…and SKY TV…became available on free-to-air channel 53 a few weeks ago. I hope they’ll still be seen there at a reasonable hour.
