WHO IS COMICAL?
The co-host of the ABC America programme “The View”, comedienne Joy Behar, thinks having a dialogue with Jesus is a “mental illness”. Phew! A very inflammatory statement for an evolving monkey like me to compute. I am well into my historical Bible study now, and also the history of the world, covering at least the last two thousand years. In my monkey mind there is no doubt that Jesus lived, He was recorded not only in your book, the Bible, but also by other Historical writers, for example, Josephus in his history.
Not so long ago Joy Behar would probably have found herself merrily smoking on a bonfire chained to a stake. I am cheered to see that the Vice President, Mike Spence, target of her ridicule, has defended his beliefs. The comment has also provoked more than thirty thousand calls of protest to the American ABC. I wonder who influences who, our ABC them or theirs ours? Anyway it was a display of gross and ignorant crassness. Such things make me shudder at being re-assigned as human. Father Forgive Them.

Well said Chugley, when you said of the lefties/ social marxists…”Father, forgive them”. The western media is increasingly stridently vocal and aggressive in their coverage of things spiritual, especially Christian. It seems they are determined to send us on a self-destruct mission, and open the door to greater acceptance of Islam. As Jesus continued to say…”for they don’t know what they are doing”.

Thanks Joy Behar, you have sorted something that has worried my human mind for years. You see, when I was about 6 years old, my 5 YO sister said quite emphatically, “your mad”. Guess that is why I talk to Jesus quite regularly!
