Many years ago for a short time I ran a Younger set in the Taren Point Anglican Church. Because it was thought my group was too rowdy, I was replaced as Leader but during that time, that is the tempo we sang that hymn with. I can say the group loved their hymns and sadly, after the new leadership, the group slowly disbanded.
Thank you Betty. Sad that the group was considered “too rowdy” you went on to make a “Joyful noise unto the Lord”. I like the jungle noises in my zoo, so I know how you feel! Gibber! Gibber! Chugley
