‘THE JUNGLE BOOK’ – (2016 FILM)
Last evening the Zoo screened the 2016 film ‘The Jungle Book’ for all the animals. It is one of our favourite films. We thought that our readers might like to be reminded of its famous scenes and characters. ( Our keepers enjoyed it immensely, we noticed.)
Rudyard Kipling is also famous for his poem ‘If -‘. Why not investigate the great English actor, Michael Caine reading it and talking of its influence on his life.
If humans were as Kipling’s ideal man, perhaps an evolving chimpanzee would not be so concerned about becoming human. The flaw is that no human is – or perhaps there was one once!
Gibber! Gibber!
