With the battle raging around injections, and other worldly nonsense, this evocative hymn seems appropriate to begin the new week, helping my readers to concentrate on the things, and the person, that really matter for Eternity. Even though it’s traditionally an Easter hymn, it’s message is a perfect connection to our fast-approaching Christmas …when Jesus came to rescue…deliver…save us from the penalty of our sinful nature.
