RETRO EVOLUTION?
I could not believe my monkey eyes when I saw 85 years old Betty Goedhart swinging through the air on the flying trapeze. Mrs Chugley was shaken to the core, I can tell you! Funny thing this evolution, I find it a constant conundrum!

85!! She only looks in her 40’s!! She’s a very advanced specimen, I reckon….good DNA. I wouldn’t be surprised if her lifestyle over the years in terms of nutritious food, quality rest, emotional health and exercise has been a major contribution to her present excellent condition? Even better if she has good spiritual health through “feeding” on God’s Word. ” For physical training is of some value, but godliness has value for all things, holding promise for both the present life and the life to come.” (1 Timothy 4:8)
I’m not sure how she achieved this, nor whether she is a Christian? I have heard Botox is very deceptive also? I do not know if she uses it or not…she may write in to me and illuminate us? I am in the process of discovering the value of God’s Word for myself, as I grapple with my apparently evolving state…I agree, it seems to me that, as I study God’s word, it is the best nutrition for maintaining a youthful and healthy mind, body and spirit… Gibber!
