I was riveted to see the ABC featuring Deanne Carson recommending that human parents should ask permission from a baby before changing its nappy, thus creating a “consent culture”. Outsiders labelled it “Lefty Lunacy”. Quite rightly, in my monkey opinion! Comprehending the human psyche is increasingly confusing for a relatively uncomplicated monkey.

As the world hovers on the brink of a hideous war, you see fit to argue about such trivialities.

I was also annoyed to see Sky News have ceased repeating ‘The Outsiders’ Encore on Sunday evenings. What Sky should have done was repeat the whole show on Sunday Evenings. Not everyone finds Sunday Mornings convenient. It is the busiest time at the zoo.

(I wonder if this was payback for labelling Deanne Carson, pictured on screen above, as a candidate for Lefty Lunacy?)

  1. Same-sex marriage, gender fluidity, school programmes to encourage children to think about sexual orientations, university courses becoming more marxist -leaning…….and now babies’ “rights” !! Our western culture has been losing/ discarding its moral (Christian) foundation over several decades now, and the moral vacuum is being filled with this nonsense.

    Just who is the parent and who is the child?
    This is child abuse putting these decisions back to an infant. Parents shirking responsibility for making leadership decisions. Maybe Ms. Carson needs a safe space area for her to hide from leadership and teaching decisions!
