INTRODUCTION TO THE WATCHMEN’S REPORT
THE WATCHMEN’S REPORT
News Stories that Connect with Biblical Prophecy

My Fellow Watchmen,
While I’m very concerned about what is, and what isn’t happening regarding the imminence of war with Iran, what keeps me up at night, and often on my face before the Lord, is the APOSTASY within the visible church. I am very burdened by those who hear the Word of God but have no intention of obeying it whatsoever.
Secondly, while we are all nauseated regarding the level of sexual deviancy, Satanic worship, and outright inhumane accusations of child abuse being reported from the Epstein files, what ought to bend our knees is the deliberate deconstruction of the Christian Faith, and the reports of sexual immorality among those who not only claim to be Christians, but have led thousands to participate in their false worship of a Holy God.
Beloved, we are witnessing a movement within Christianity today that has weaponized confusion, replaced the gospel with pop psychology, and the Word of God with personal opinions and feelings, and what bothers me even more than the actions themselves is that it is being allowed to happen by those pastors and parents who are no longer willing to stand for truth. We are at that very point in our culture that William Booth, founder of The Salvation Army, famously warned us about in 1890. He said, the chief danger for the 20th century would be “religion without the Holy Ghost, Christianity without Christ, forgiveness without repentance, salvation without regeneration, politics without God, and heaven without hell”. This prophetic quote warns against a hollow, nominal, or socially driven faith devoid of true spiritual power and transformation.
The gospel being preached in the majority of pulpits today lacks the power of God to deliver a sinner from hell. The carnal, sensual “worship” events professionally crafted in most churches today are focused on a Jesus they have made in their own image, who died for nothing, demands nothing from those who desire to follow Him, and says nothing to those who disobey Him. As Marva Dawn said in the title of her book, much of what we call worship today is “A royal waste of time.”
Warning: In these last days, the SPIRIT OF DISCERNMENT will be our most important ability, and the only way to achieve that goal is to remain anchored in the Word of God, and in our allegiance to the Lord Jesus, committed to the essential doctrines of the Christian Faith. Christians must be able to discern what is real from that which “looks real.”

From what Wayne tells us, how sad there must be many well-intentioned Christians who want to worship “in the Spirit and in Truth” (John 4:24), but are fed only wishy-washy sentiment or even lies in their churches. There must be many “pastors” who should be trembling at the prospect of facing God in judgement! It’s yet another sign of these Last Days.
Jesus warns us (Matt 24) that at this time in history, “the love of MANY will grow cold…” and also “At that time, MANY will turn away from the faith”.
After hearing Jesus’ prophetic warning, I’m not surprised apostasy is on the rise. Satanic activity is “in our faces” these days when we see the boldness of depravity in our streets and on TV screens…. and I discern Satan behind the rise of hatred towards the Jews in our western nations.
Our anchor and foundation is the Word of God and the Holy Spirit who breathes the living Word into the hearts and minds of those who want to be with Him.
