I’ve always enjoyed Hoges larrikin humour. His real-life background suited his humour perfectly…growing up in a working-class family, then as a labourer maintaining the Sydney Harbour Bridge. I especially liked the skits he did with his side-kick “Strop”. Talk about “Dumb and Dumber”!!
