THE ZOO’S NUMBER ONE CHOICE!

This is probably a first for a Chimp, I have decided to assist Cory Bernardi in his efforts to have his candidates elected to the Australian Senate in the upcoming Federal Election. (At least I can lick some stamps!). I am also selfishly concerned to see a party elected that will continue to have the Zoo managed in the excellent way that it now is. I don’t want any “animal rights” confusion here thank you very much! Can you imagine the Gorillas being in charge? So if we can have some sensible Senators, at least we have some Common Sense prevailing!

So, my esteemed readers, you may not see many post from me, until it is all over, after 18th May! I hope you vote for Australian Conservatives for the Senate, and for your most conservative candidate to inhabit the Lower House.

  1. Well done Chugley. And may the best man win. And we know who that is. And my thoughts are with Israel Falou and his battle to uphold his faith. And again, may the best man win, and again we know who he has on his side.

  2. Ah Chugley, you have a good idea in mind. Methinks Cory and his Common Sense Party could be great for our dear old Zoo. But you know what worries me? If we take too many votes away from our present sitting member, giving them instead to a minor party alternative, I’ve a horrible fear this will make a rise to power for the Party we all don’t want, a very real possibility. Can we afford that risk, and I mean risk?

    1. Well, the thing about Cory Bernardi is that he is running candidates for the Senate only, thus allowing you to vote for whom you like in the Lower House. If you get some sensible Senators elected, they should be able to apply the “handbrake” to extremist policies? Gibber! Gibber! Chugley
