As all ‘Argonauts’ know, the Classical Greek hero, Achilles, ‘ mother desired that her son be immortal but one part of his body was vulnerable – his heel.

Evolution, the seeming invincible explanation of the origins of the Heaven and The Earth, like the ancient Greek hero, is not infallible. And, like the sulking warrior also, Evolution does not like being questioned.

One such courageous questioner is Creation Ministries International (C.M,I.). One of its more detailed examinations of Evolution’s weak arguments is the book edited by Robert Carter, Ph.D.:

Dr Don Batten’s quote on page 17 pinpoints one of these weak lines of reasoning: “It is a huge leap to go from looking at variations in an existing feature (such as shorter, thinner, longer, fatter beaks) to explaining the origin of beaks, finches, birds, reptiles, mammals and everything else.”
