A LAMP UNTO MY FEET…..
An old classic hymn that rings as true today as it did when it was written by Michael J Smith and Amy Grant in 1984. I think the world can well do with something big to believe in. With petrol prices soaring I am concerned that people will be unable to visit my zoo, and also with a shortage of diesel, bang go my bananas because the trucks cannot run on electricity or fresh air….

Great words and tune!
I like to dwell on the truth that God’s Word is a “lamp unto my feet” – giving me sufficient understanding and wisdom for whatever today brings. God’s Word is also a “light unto my path” – His Word gives me the “light” of knowing the Spirit of God is with me all my days…leading me and guiding me on the “straight and narrow path” that leads to life.
