TRUMP SPELLS IT OUT SO A MONKEY CAN UNDERSTAND

Mercifully, once again, the world seems to have avoided a global war.

President Trump explains the current situation in the above nine minute ‘Address to The Nation’.

(I thank my reader Gerry for drawing my attention to this speech.)

As a politically aware chimpanzee, I wonder:

  • Why is it that The Middle East is the focus of the world’s media despite the fact that there are many conflicts occurring around the globe at any one time?
  • Why do so many of the world’s population hate the Jewish people and the State of Israel?
  • Why does the legal taking-out of a known terrorist leader (who has caused the death and injuring of so many,) by the United States of America arouse such ire – even in the United States itself?
  • Why is any nation which recognizes Jerusalem as the capital of the state of Israel ostracized by the world community?
  • Why is the current president of the United States of America (who has so strongly allied himself with Israel) so vilified?

Perhaps the answer lies in The Holy Scriptures – the Sixty Six books given to us by The Jews – all of them from Genesis to Revelation!

  1. Some of your questions are interesting, but for me, imponderable at the moment.
    However, I do have my own “armchair” theory as to why the Jewish people have been hated for millennia. From my reading of the Jewish history in the Old Testament, and some of what Jesus said, the Jews…and therefore their nation of Israel…have been in rebellion towards God and His Messiah for millennia. The Bible has references that suggest the nation of Israel will be prominent in fulfilling God’s purposes in human history…both their Messiah, and also the end of human history. They are God’s “chosen” people, and as such I think they attract spiritually-motivated hate from much of the godless world. Despite their present (temporary) rejection of their Messiah, who was given by God to the Jews initially, I believe (correctly??) that God’s purposes also will be fulfilled through Israel for End Times’ events.
