THE UTTERMOST PARTS OF THE EARTH…
The Bible states:
Acts 1:8 King James Version (KJV)
8 But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judaea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth.
This is where my studies have led me. Watching Alan Jones on his television show last evening, I was surprised to see the Australian-born Tongan, Israel Folau, attempting to defend his faith – a faith that many westerners risked their lives to bring to Tonga.
My research found that the last missionary cooked and eaten on Tonga, by Tongan cannibals, was The Rev. Horatio Hopkins, a Presbyterian missionary, cooked with the Rev. Hector Laucie McPherson, his assistant. This cannibal act occurred on the fifth of February 1910.
Perusing the book, The Voyage of the Beagle, Chapter 18, Entry on Nov 20th, Charles Darwin wrote from the Pacific: “….to forget these things [the transformation of the islanders from savagery to Christianity] is bare ingratitude; for should he [the sailor] chance to be at the point of shipwreck on some unknown coast, he will most devoutly pray that the lesson of the missionary may have extended thus far.”
This monkey finds it most curious that life has “evolved” this way. Now it seems that, in 2019′ a Tongan footballer has to defend himself against the beliefs you westerners instilled in him.
I’ll stay in my zoo, thank you. And I might also pray that nobody finds a reason to cook me.
Gibber! Gibber!

Well the Tongan people have learned their lesson well. Our beloved chimp is exercising a smart degree of wisdom by staying in the tree and out of the cooking pot. Gibber! Gibber! indeed.
Amen to that! Gibber! Gibber! Chugley
