The Late Dr Chuck MIssler, (pictured above left) was fond of saying that the United Nations “has an unblemished track record of failure”.

I was saddened to hear of the resignation of Nikki Haley, who has been an outstanding United States Ambassador to that controversial body.

As Sir Humphrey Appleby explained, in the British Television show Yes Prime Minister, “The United Nations is the accepted forum for the expression of International hatred”.

This monkey suspects that Nikki Haley’s innate sense of justice just could not tolerate being part of such an entity. Time will tell. Meanwhile Israeli Prime Minister, Benjamin Netanyahu, (pictured above right) stated:

“I thank Ambassador Nikki Haley for leading an uncompromising struggle against the hypocrisy at the UN and on behalf of the truth and justice of our country. Best of luck!”
