Outsiders was as stimulating and exciting as ever yesterday. Rowan held us all spellbound at the zoo. Will he pull off a great coup? Will he persuade Donald Trump to appear as a guest on the show when the U.S.A. President visits Australia later this year. After all, Outsiders did predict that Mr Trump would win the race to the White House.

We were treated to some vintage Trump in a video clip where he was jokingly saying to the Russian President at the G – 20, “No meddling in our Elections now.” Of course CNN completely missed the subtlety and took it to mean that Trump does not take Russian intervention seriously. No, CNN, even this monkey understood that he was having a swipe at the trouble makers who had pursued the Russian intervention issue for years and been proven wrong.

We are fortunate that Trump likes Scott Morrison – a huge improvement on Malcolm Turnbull and his bedwetters.

The show swooped and looped around such diverse subjects as:

• Gillian Triggs and the Offenderati
• Pensioners dying of hypothermia
• Israel Folau relevance haters
• Australia’s position in the world as an American Adviser now that U.K. politics is in a state of flux.

In fact a good time was had by all. Well done Rowan, Rita and James!
