Another week flies by. Here is Pastor Wayne Edwards continuing with his hugely relevant series of Sermons. Click on link above and select “The Lord Roars from Zion”. Many thanks to all who have contacted us about how much they appreciate these Sermons. Pastor Wayne has again this week compiled some comprehensive news items, which show the catastrophic state of your world. I suggest that you print these off, and make a strong pot of tea, or some other calming beverage, before you settle in your armchair to read them.
Gibber! Gibber!

Pastor Wayne writes:
The Old Testament Book of Amos has a severe warning for God’s people today.
The prophet, Amos stood in the streets of Israel and proclaimed, “Repent, and return unto God, or prepare to receive the just judgment of God.” Amos might well have been standing in the streets of America, for we are on the precipice of God’s judgment, and in many ways, we are already there.
The title of this introductory sermon is “Return to Me! The Lord Roars from Zion.” We encourage you to view the sermon on our INTERACTIVE WEBSITE: www.theheritagechurch.org. If you click on the sermon title on the second page, you will find the sermon study guide in a format that allows you to follow it on screen as you listen to the sermon.
We are very thankful for the written response we have received this week from our live-stream viewers. Please let us know how we may be of help to your personal spiritual growth! PW

Pastor Wayne’s writes further:
My Fellow Watchmen,
In Luke 21, Jesus used a word to describe the state of affairs of the world during the last half of the tribulation. After explaining what will be happening in the heavens, Jesus said, “and on the earth distress of nations, with perplexity.”
Strong’s Concordance defines the word “perplexity” as “a state of quandary; to be at a loss mentally; to have no way out.” Jesus used that word to describe the catastrophic events in the final days of this age, but we can certainly see how it already applies to the political and economic conditions of our world today. The Amplified Bible explains the meaning of the word as: “Without resources, left wanting (nothing can be done), embarrassed, in doubt, not knowing which way to turn”. Another Bible commentary says perplexity means, “in a chaotic state, out of control.”
According to the articles contained in this week’s news handouts, link below, the perplexity we see in the world today is “by design” to destroy every source of power and control we might turn to, other than the government, so as to usher in the New World Order. Beloved, we are on the precipice of the time of tribulation. As David Jeremiah said recently, at no other time in history have so many prophetic signs converged upon one point!
My prayer is that this information will help you to prepare to live in the perplexity of these last days, and to be ready to let go of this world when the Bridegroom calls us to “come forth!”
Please forward these articles to those you think might be interested. Pastor Wayne Edwards

One thought on ““RETURN TO ME” THE LORD ROARS FROM ZION”
This message by Pastor Wayne really draws the parallels from 2700 years ago in the time of Amos, of the sins of the people, the pagans and even worse God’s people to the current times of today; again the sins committed by the pagans and God’s people, Jew and Christian.
We Christians are the ones in these times to repent and set the example of God’s people for others to be saved from an eternity in hell. We are witnessing prophesy being fulfilled and we are told what we are to do. It is up to each one of us to be doers of the word, not just a critic.
