IRAN CHANGES TARGET OF HATE
The good people of Iran have startled the world over the last couple of days. They have refused to follow the dictates of their leaders to burn American and Israeli flags; instead they are calling for their leader, Hassan Rouhani, to step down.
This change of heart follows the shooting down of an Ukraine airliner, killing all 176 people board. These included many Iranian students. What annoyed the Iranian public was that they were lied to, by being told initially it was “a technical failure”.
(I seem to recall someone said that the first casualty in war is the truth.)
When will you humans learn to follow the one who says He is the TRUTH? Then all this mayhem will cease.

Hi Chugley, Just some random thoughts.
When D L Moody was conducting his meetings in Britain in the 1880’s in one of his sermons he asked the question, “what was the first question of God recorded in the Bible?”
Well before considering that, the very first question deserves some thought.
It is the one recorded in Genesis ch 3. Where the Serpent said, “Has God indeed said, you shall not eat of every tree of the Garden?” Or as the KJV says,”Yea, has God said”?
So firstly this question is at the background of every attack of Satan. “Has God said?” He throws doubt on every WORD of God. Still does so today. Evolution is one glaring example.
The second question recorded is the one from God Himself to man. Also found in Genesis Ch.3.
The Lord God called to Adam, “Where are you?”
Mankind today has no idea where they are outside of God. They have no idea where they are, where they are going and unfortunately where they will spend eternity.
Jesus has the answer, “I am the WAY, I am the TRUTH, and I am the LIFE.” John 14:6. So if you want to know the answer to God’s first question to Adam, then you will find it only in Christ!

Dear Chugley. Truth in today’s world is not so easily defines. I found this one: Two Types of Truth

If only we could all experience God’s Truth. “Then you will know the Truth and the Truth will set you free”. Hey Chugley, can you answer this. Thanks Milton. I don’t believe man evolved from monkeys, I was designed as a monkey. However people who believe in “evolution” ( fish to philosopher stuff) have never ending convoluted theories of how this happened, from goo to you via the zoo. I just stick to what the Bible says: “In the beginning God created…..” Genesis 1. Gibber! Gibber! Chugley
