ELECTRO MAGNETIC PULSE ATTACK?
Astute readers of my blog will be familiar with the Starfish Experiment in 1962. A Google search of this event will reveal what destruction an explosion of a nuclear weapon at an altitude of, say, 200 miles can cause. It can effectively destroy the electrical grid of an enormous area such as USA.
I think my readers should be aware of this possibility, because Russia has recently moved nuclear-capable bombers into Venezuela.
N.B. Venezuela also owns a Caribbean island.
I think the advice in Luke’s Gospel is well worth heeding at this time:
“And when these things begin to come to pass, then look up, and lift up your heads; for your redemption draweth nigh” ( Luke 21:28).

Good morning Chugley. This is a bit scary. maybe you can answer this; if this happened over Australia and I moved to New Zealand, do you think that AGL would cover my costs up to $250 a day for any delay in re-connection?
Not a chance Milton! They would be fried, along with many others! Suggest you buy a good stock of Baked Beans! Gibber! Gibber! Chugley
The massive destructive nuclear power available now means any nuclear strike is catastrophic. Even one pre-emptive strike would mean the end of any political order and control…with consequent chaos.
I’ve long been interested in the link Peter makes with “the Day of the Lord”(https://www.compellingtruth.org/day-of-the-lord.html) and (probable) nuclear destruction.
He writes..”But the day of the Lord will come like a thief, and then the heavens will pass away with a roar, and the heavenly bodies will be burned up and dissolved, and the earth and the works that are done on it will be exposed. Since all these things are thus to be dissolved, what sort of people ought you to be in lives of holiness and godliness, waiting for and hastening the coming of the day of God, because of which the heavens will be set on fire and dissolved, and the heavenly bodies will melt as they burn!” (2 Peter 3:10-13)
I think it is what some of you humans call “a sobering thought” does that imply you have to be tipsy to appreciate it? Gibber! Gibber! Chugley
