This monkey thanks Pastor Wayne from Heritage Baptist Church Georgia for sending Covid 911 to us. He cannot vouch for it’s source, and nor can we. But my colleagues and Pastor Wayne, believe it has the ring of truthfulness about it. It may well be sent out “under cover” by the right wing as a clever tactic in the wartime scenario it describes so well.

It only runs for approximately nine minutes, we would like you to consider the information and make up your own minds.

  1. Dear Chugley. Can I say, a very ‘interesting’ piece . I know the USA is a very ‘interesting’ country, but my take on this story is an example of what is called; “a conspiracy theory”. Sorry Pastor Wayne, I don’t think I want to join your church, if you endorse all of that. Well, that’s how this simple mandrill sees it. I will happily stay where I am.

  2. Ignorance is bliss Mandy! Why do people who dismiss the obvious truth trot out the old chestnut “Conspiracy Theory” when they don’t comprehend a provable fact they don’t want to hear? No explanation or reason is ever given for this retort – just a blank dismissal. So sad.

  3. Wherever the truth lies, it’s plain to see that the US is a divided and unhappy nation. I think that the blessing of their democracy has also become a curse for them with such destructive political activism and ease of sabotage. Also, the growing apostasy of the nation only hastens their decline in moral fibre and collective wisdom.

  4. Dear Chugley. Oh dear, I have stirred things up. Sorry about that.. May I try again. There is much of the political side of the USA that may well be true, watching the leader and his adversaries in action,”or the side of it that we get here”, is almost like a joke, if it were not so serious. But there is much of that 9 minute clip that is nothing more than the opinion, or belief of the speaker. I’m sorry or maybe glad that I don’t see some of that as “obvious truth”. Here I rest my case.

  5. What is happening in the USA is horrible (good friends live there). But as for a grand conspiracy of leftists in the USA to take down the country, creating a virus in China to do that is rather a long shot, considering that SARS (1) was contained and never made it to the USA. No, I don’t buy it. Also, the studies of the RNA sequence of SARS-COV-2 (many labs) show no evidence of genetic engineering.
    I think that our success in Australia of keeping the lid on this has made us a bit sceptical of the whole shut-down thing (was it really necessary?). In a sense we have been spoiled by our own success. Some have said, ‘Look at Sweden; they did not “lock down” and they are doing fine.’ Actually, I don’t hear that much any more, because if we had sustained the same death rate as Sweden, we would have had 14,000 deaths, not 104, and Sweden is by no means finished (744 new cases and 6 new deaths yesterday).
    The death rate in Australia, where the hospitals have not been overwhelmed by any means, is 1.5% of recovered cases, and because Australia has a high level of testing, we have a pretty good handle on how many infections there have been. The typical death rate from seasonal flu is less than 0.1% of those infected, and of course many people avoid the flu (natural resistance or the vaccination). So this is not ‘just the flu’.
    Our son and daughter-in-law and our two granddaughters live in South Croydon (south of London). Our youngest gd is 6. The father of her best friend died of COVID-19, so while it is mainly us old guys that succumb, it is not only us oldies. The UK has 167 new deaths yesterday. If we had sustained the same death rate (so far) per million of population, we would have had 16,000 deaths.
    We do have some natural advantages over the UK. E.g. we are not so dependent on mass transit systems (The Tube) where people are jammed in together for extended periods. They have also been through their winter where people are indoors for extended periods (the major transmission is via aerosol in enclosed spaces; you are highly unlikely to pick it up out in the open air). But the major factor was the early shutting of our borders.
    Of course the Left are always ready to maximise any opportunity to push their agenda, and they are trying their best with this as well.
    One thing that does not add up is the concern over human deaths coming from the lefties (like the Marxist nutter, Daniel Andrews). They promulgated some of the most extreme abortion laws in the world (along with the Qld Labor party, and Ardern’s lot in NZ), which of course makes it much easier to murder babies up to full term of pregnancy. They are also pushing greatly expanded opportunities for euthanasia, to see more people killed, and yet they are concerned about COVID-19 killing people! It doesn’t make a lot of sense, but then the lefties are not the most logical of individuals!😊
