Having helped his own Tesla motor car to ‘slip the surly bonds of earth’ and hurtle into space via one of his Space-ex company rockets,  pioneer engineer Elon Musk has developed high speed boring technology for earth-bound travel. This is certainly not a yawn of a boring idea. Musk intends building hyper-loop tunnels around cities. Users will be able to choose travelling in their own cars, mounted on sleds, travelling at up to 200 mph, or using carbon-fibre pod capsules, designed to travel at near the speed of sound, using a compressed air drive system. Some people have compared Musk to Tony Stark in The Ironman movie series based on characters from Marvel Comics. Seems apt to this monkey.

This monkey also wonders if this is necessary. Is your shopping really that urgent that it requires supersonic transport? But then I am designed to swing through the jungle and enjoy smelling the bananas. I am no slave to speed and technology.
