Dear Heritage Family,
Mark said, “Jesus came into Galilee, preaching the gospel of the kingdom of God, and saying, ‘the time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand: repent ye and believe the gospel.”
I think it is important to note that the first priority of our Lord’s earthly ministry was PREACHING! Yes, He did other ministries to prove His deity, but the first thing Jesus did to introduce Himself as the Savior sent from God, and to establish His divine authority was to preach the Word of God.

Dear Fellow Watchmen – THIS IS A SPECIAL EDITION FOR PARENTS OF CHILDREN AND TEENS!!
According to an article enclosed, in the most privileged, affluent country in the history of the world, our young people are experiencing a sharp rise in mental health problems and suicide attempts. While living in the land of opportunity, many are tormented and traveling down treacherous roads that will lead them to further instability, physical risk and long-term unhappiness. Spiritual darkness is consuming many of them.
At the same time, it should not surprise us to learn that there’s also a sharp rise in teens professing “LGBTQ” identities. As those disorders increase, so do teen struggles. Yet too many schools adamantly refuse to see the connection and roll back the blatant promotion of these behaviors.
In Romans 1:28ff, the Apostle Paul said the abhorrent behavior we see today is because we rejected God. Therefore, if there is to be a change in our moral behavior, it will begin with our acceptance of God as God, and obedience to His Word as the final authority for our faith and the practice of our faith.
Parents, this progressive ideology won’t stop because it is a part of the socialist agenda to weaken America by dividing children from their families. (Remember, “It takes a village!”) They hope we will get tired, give up, and go along to get along; if we don’t, they will “cancel” us! So be it! Christians are called to speak the truth in love, which begins with our family and includes anyone who influences them.
