A massive shift is taking place in American Christianity as younger believers are moving away from the contemporary, entertainment-driven, or consumer-focused models of worship toward the more traditional, even liturgical, and biblically-grounded forms of worship.
Even those in the Gen Z age group have grown tired of consumer Christianity that focuses on entertaining the crowd rather than truly worshipping God. According to the surveys, the two main reasons for this shift are:
· Believers are seeking solid truths upon which they can trust rather than the culturally relevant sales pitches on how to use God to achieve their life goals.
· Believers are tired of chasing the “experiences,’ and they are longing for a deeper level of discipleship that emphasizes personal holiness, repentance, and obedience to the Word of God.
The Lord willing on Sunday, January 18, we will continue our sermon series entitled, “In Search of the Old Paths.”

News Stories that Connect with Biblical Prophecy

My Fellow Watchmen,
What we are witnessing may not be the final picture–but it looks very much like pieces being laid out on the table.
· A peace guaranteed by outsiders.
· Power consolidated in elite hands.
· Decisions about Israel made far from Jerusalem.
· A world growing comfortable with governance by committee rather than covenant.
For now, it is like a jigsaw puzzle–many pieces, no clear image yet. But Christians should not look away. The God who declared the end from the beginning has not been surprised by any of this. Our calling is not to speculate recklessly, but to remain anchored in truth, prayerful for Israel, and confident that even when the nations gather, the Lord still reigns. The stage may be forming–but the final word belongs to Him.
FOR BELIEVERS, THIS IS NOT A CALL TO PANIC,
BUT TO PRAYER AND DISCERNMENT.
Jesus warned His followers in advance so they would not be deceived. As the world demands order at any cost, Christians must remember that true peace does not come from global systems or charismatic leaders, but from Christ alone. The birth pains are intensifying. And history tells us that when the world cries out loud enough for order, someone will answer. The question is not whether that moment is coming–but whether we will recognize it when it arrives
