In the United States, propaganda is spread by both government and media entities. Propaganda is carefully curated information, ideas, or rumors deliberately spread. It is used in advertising, radio, newspaper, posters, books, television, films and other media. Propagandists may provide either factual or non-factual information to their audiences, often emphasizing positive features and downplaying negative ones, or vice versa, in order to shape wide scale public opinion or influence behavioral changes.
Some propaganda themes included the reasons for WWI, WWII, and all other wars since then, i.e., to convince public opinion that these wars were “just” and necessary. The propagandists are trying to convince the public that the economy is doing great when, in fact, we are on the edge of 2008 again. One trip to the grocery store would convince most of us that the economy is not good!
Perhaps the most recent propaganda was regarding the COVID 19 virus that is listed in the medical dictionary as a common cold, and the vaccines that were not vaccines. Of course, google now lists the pages where such claims were “fact checked,” and the medical community says the Coronaviruses is not the same as a common cold.
We live in the age of deception, but the Apostle Paul reminded us in several places that we are not to be deceived. I pray these few articles will open your eyes to the truth about what is, and isn’t going on in the world today!
