I am pleased that God did have ordinary sinful people as part of Jesus’ lineage. People like David and Rahab had a heart for God, despite some immoral behaviours other sinners might condemn. He knows our frailty…yet He loves us.
“People judge others by what they look like, but God judges people by what is in their hearts.” (1 Samuel 16:7)
