Crumbling Pillars….
March 26th 2022
The pillars of our civilization are breaking down right in front of our eyes.
If “reserves” don’t mean reserves, and if “money” doesn’t mean money, and if home “ownership” doesn’t mean ownership, and if the “rule of law” doesn’t mean the rule of law, then we have lost the very principles upon which our western society exists.
Combined with the fact that nearly everything has become FAKE now — fake news, fake money, fake history, fake education, fake science, fake medicine, fake elections, fake pandemics, fake shootings, fake hate crimes, etc. — we find ourselves living in a world with no civil compass.
Western civilization, simply put, has committed suicide. There is no longer any glue holding it together.
The elections are rigged, the money is counterfeit, the news is deliberately fabricated and the propaganda is absurd.
We are living in a nation where a candidate for the US Supreme Court (Jackson) just publicly stated that she has no idea what the definition of a woman might be.
The signs of the times are all around us. The world is set up to experience a global war (Revelation 6:4), global famine (Revelation 6:5-6), and mass death (Revelation 6:8) on a scale we’ve never seen.
All the signs Jesus and the prophets said to look for are present today.
We’re in the midst of a global pandemic (Luke 21:11). Israel is back in the land (Jeremiah 23:7-8).
The Jewish people are back in Jerusalem (Luke 21:24-28). And the Gospel is being preached throughout the world (Matthew 24:14).
Time is short. Spread the Gospel while you still can.
Let the heathen be wakened, and come up to the valley of Jehoshaphat: for there will I sit to judge all the heathen round about. Put ye in the sickle, for the harvest is ripe:
Come, get you down; for the press is full, the fats overflow; for their wickedness is great.
Multitudes, multitudes in the valley of decision: for the day of the Lord is near in the valley of decision.” (Joel 3:12-14),
Jesus is coming……and so very, very soon!
Russia steps up bombardment of Ukraine’s cities, demands energy payment in Roubles.……..
Four weeks into the Ukraine war, Russia doubles down on its bombardment of Ukraine’s cities.
In the past 48 hours, some 250 bombers are day by day taking part in the relentless blitz, compared with the previous 60.
They are now focusing on Kiev, Chernihiv and Kharkiv, where fierce resistance has contained the Russian forces’ advance.
None has fallen – not even the southern port of Mariupol, where a whole city is being ground down to rubble. The UN says as many as 10 million people have fled their homes – either across the border or to other parts of Ukraine.
Western intelligence sources report that the Russian air force is now mounting most of its air raids from neighbouring Belarus, to evade the punishment inflicted by the effective anti-air fire from Ukrainian forces.
US military sources estimate that the Russian invaders have so far used up 50% of their cruise missiles, although most of their stocks of surface-to air and air-to-air missiles remain intact.
However, combat manpower is more of a problem. Moscow continues to call up 17-18 aged young men for sending to Ukraine’s battlefronts after barely three weeks of basic training.
It is not clear how well they are able to perform in combat. NATO estimated on Wednesday that 7,000 to 15,000 Russian soldiers had been killed in the Ukraine war in which fierce resistance has robbed Moscow of a rapid victory.
These figures are based on Ukrainian estimates. Moscow has not released up-to-date data although disclosing the deaths of four generals.
The disappearance of Russia’s Defence Minister Sergei Shoigu, a close personal friend of President Vladimir Putin, who has not been seen since March 11, has prompted intense speculation in the West.
Guesses range from his possible ouster over Putin’s frustration with the slow progress of the war, to his having been taken ill with a heart condition.
He is not the only missing figure. Viktor Zolotov, commander of the National Guard, has not been seen in public for two weeks.
Reacting to the disastrous impact of US and Western sanctions on the Russian currency, the Kremlin on Thursday ordered Europeans to pay for their gas and oil orders in Roubles or else raise its value.
On Thursday, too, Russia blocked local internet users to Google News Service for allegedly running false news throughout the Ukraine war.
UK PM Boris Johnson announced the release of 6,000 anti-tank rockets for the Ukraine army as well as 25 million pounds sterling in aid.
In an usual request, Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelenksyy appealed to President Biden to waive sanctions for the Russian oligarch Roman Abramovich (who also holds Israeli nationality) in view of his key role in the informal talks taking place with Putin for an end to hostilities.
Russian forces advance four kilometres and establish control over more towns……….
26 March 2022
Russian Defence Ministry announced on Friday that Russian forces advanced another 4 km during the last night and captured more towns.
Russian Defence Ministry spokesman, Major General Igor Konashenkov, said in a media briefing on Friday that the Russian forces advanced last night for a distance of four kilometres.
They captured the towns of Batmanka, Mikhailovkoe, Krasny Partizan, Stalvki and Tar Yaskoye, and are currently continuing their attack towards the 25th Land Division of the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
Konashenkov added that on Thursday, a fuel base in Kalinovka town, on the outskirts of Kyiv, was targeted with precision-guided cruise missiles from a naval base, destroying the last large fuel base of the Ukrainian armed forces, which was refuelling military units in the central section of Ukraine.
Moscow releases Ukraine war casualty figures.…….
A total of 1,351 Russian servicemen were killed and 3,825 injured since the February 24 invasion of Ukraine, Deputy chief of staff General Sergei Rodovsky reported on Friday in a press briefing.
These figures are well below the data claimed by Ukraine and NATO.
Iran’s foreign minister in talks with Hizballah chief and Syrian ruler in Damascus………..
Hossein Amir Abdallahiyan, [pictured above] Iran’s foreign minister, arrived in Damascus on Friday for talks with Hezbollah leader Hassan Nasrallah and Syria’s Bashar Assad.
In a TV interview, the Iranian foreign minister said with regard to the three-way meeting between Israeli, Egyptian and UAE leaders at Sharm El-Sheikh:
“Any meeting with an Israeli leader is a betrayal of Jerusalem and Palestine.”
As to the nuclear deal under discussion in Vienna, the minister said: Moscow has updated Tehran that Russia would sign onto a new deal when it was negotiated.
US, Israel, UAE, Morocco and Bahrain confer in Israel next week……
US Secretary of State Antony Blinken [pictured above] arrives in Israel on Saturday night at the start of a Middle East tour.
His first engagement early next week is a high-powered conference with the foreign ministers of Israel, Morocco, the UAE and Bahrain.
A central issue on the agenda will be the prospect of the US and five world powers signing a revived nuclear deal with Iran in Vienna.
