Dear Church & Friends, 

Why are we seeing this insane and violent hatred demonstrated against the Jewish people?

At least 16 innocent people were mercilessly gunned down and murdered and many others injured at a Hanukkah festival in an attack  that resembled the terror assault in Israel on  the 7th October, 2023.   In the midst of the shock and horror the media is continually raising of the question “why, why, why”?

The answer is tragically simple but very few people in positions of influence or authority seem to be prepared to say it. 

The fact is that there is one particular religious ideology that is totally incompatible with societies that are based on the Judeo-Christian system. There is no assimilation , there is only havoc. One only has to look at England and Europe for evidence to this effect. 

One ideology is definitely at war with the other and it is clear that its intent and purpose is to dominate. 

Now, why is this so?

The explanation is found in the Bible and it is this:  Israel and the Jewish people have a prophetic destiny that is yet to be fulfilled.     God Almighty has ordained it, and Satan himself opposes it, because the devil knows that his fate is forever sealed when this happens. 

For those of us who hold a dispensational view of Christian theology, we understand that this reconciliation and restoration of the Jewish people will begin during a time known as the great tribulation and will be fully realised in the Millennial Reign of Jesus Christ after he returns to Jerusalem. 

Until then, as the Bible says, the Jewish people are going to suffer incredible persecution and be hated by all nations as detailed in Leviticus chapter 26 and Deuteronomy chapters 27 & 28. 

This most recent anti-Semitic attack at Bondi Beach is clearly a manifestation of this curse and as words are being so profusely multiplied by media and politicians alike, a certain words is not being used at all and is conspicuous in its absence. 

 This word is, of course, is “Islam”. 

The root of the antagonism that exists between Islam and Judaism goes all the way back to Genesis where Abraham’s son to the slave woman (Hagar) despised Isaac, the son of the promise born to Sarah. (Gen 21:8-21). This prophecy not only explains the hatred towards the Jewish people but also the intolerance towards every other culture. (Gen 16:11-12). 

All around the world, the common denominator to these sorts of atrocities are Koranic ideals. Islam has been one of Satan‘s most effective tools against the Jewish nation and also those who believe that Jesus Christ is the Resurrected Son of God.

The Islamic belief system is absolutely anti-semitic and anti-christ and to suggest otherwise is to ignore the plain truth and live in wilful blindness. 

I can already hear people saying “you cannot bring religion into this”, but the fact of the matter is we must. This tension is not about skin colour or ethnic origin but it is deeply spiritual and if Australian society is to continue to bear any resemblance to the place of peace and safety that it once was then we cannot keep welcoming vast numbers of people whose ideology opposes the very foundation of our lifestyle. 

Our politicians, for the most part, are either absolute fools or willingly complicit to the destruction of the Judaeo-Christian values that this nation was founded upon. This is clearly reflected in our reckless approach to immigration. 

The absolute answer to the problems that Australia faces both now and in the future is to humbly return to the faith in Jesus Christ that we have largely abandoned. 

No amount of political correctness, tolerance, singing Kumbaya or ignoring the elephant in the room will change the trajectory that we are headed on. 

May God Almighty have mercy on this nation of Australia and may he grant peace to those who have been so tragically affected by this heinous act of terrorism. 

I unequivocably stand against this satanically inspired terror attack perpetrated against  the Jewish people and I look forward to their redemption which will eventually and ultimately be found in Jesus Christ.
