A TRIBUTE TO PASTOR JOHN MACARTHUR
This monkey was pleased to see that Creation Ministries paid this tribute to pastor John MacArthur, who died this week. Pastor John came from an illustrious gene pool, as Wikipedia notes: “The late pastor John MacArthur was a distant relative of General Douglas MacArthur. According to a 1979 interview with the pastor, John MacArthur stated they were fifth cousins. He was a descendant of a Canadian Anglican minister, Harry MacArthur, and his father, Jack MacArthur, was a Baptist radio preacher” He will leave a lasting legacy as a mighty leader of the far flung flock of Jesus Christ..
