IN THESE TUMULTUOUS TIMES

when Christians should be demonstrating that “the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus” (Philippians 4:7), we see so many rushing about like a group of “children, tossed to and fro and carried about with every wind of doctrine” (Ephesians 4:14).  The obsession at present with supposed prophecies concerning the future of America and a spectacular return to power of Donald Trump, while titillating and bewitching to those of us who would wish for these things to be so, are, in fact, detracting from the absolutely unshakeable prophetic truths of the Word of God.  Whatever may or may not lie ahead for America, one thing is certain – the U.S. is noticeable by its absence from the prophetic events of God’s timetable.

With the socialist agenda

which is now being given free rein under Joe Biden’s puppet presidency, the stage is set for the next event we should be looking for on God’s timetable.  That is the Ezekiel 38 & 39 war, when Russia and its allies will invade Israel.  Already, Putin has warned of an impending war between Iran and Israel.  For this to happen, there couldn’t possibly be a Donald Trump in the White House as he would never let Israel stand alone in such an event.  

The Scriptures tell us that

“Sheba, Dedan,….Tarshish, and all their young lions will say to you, ‘Have you come to take plunder?  Have you gathered your army to take booty…..to take great plunder?’” (Ezekiel 38:13).  No-one will do anything other than protest feebly.  And then God will move on a level that would leave the re-installation of Donald Trump in the shade!  “And it shall come to pass at the same time…..that My fury will show in my face…..Surely in that day there shall be a great earthquake in the land of Israel, so that the fish of the sea, the birds of the heavens, the beasts of the field, all creeping things that creep on the earth, and all men who are on the face of the earth shall shake at My presence…..Every man’s sword will be against his brother…..I will rain down on him [Gog], on his troops and on the many peoples who are with him, flooding rain, great hailstones, fire and brimstone.  Thus I will magnify Myself and sanctify Myself and I will be known in the eyes of many nations.  Then they shall know that I am the Lord” (Ezekiel 38:18-20).

Conclusion

Why are Christians not excited by such a move of God?  

Where are the so-called “prophets” prophesying of such an event?  This event will take us one step closer to the return of the Lord and should fill us with hope and awe.  This event is guaranteed to happen, so why are Christians not taking the opportunity to demonstrate to the unbelieving world that the Lord, “through [His] commandments make[s] me wiser than my enemies” (Psalm 119:98).  

Instead, we are acting like fools!
